Vintage Ringtons Wade Ceramic Teapot with Bridge Design

This is a very decorative ceramic teapot made by Wade for Ringtons Ltd Tea merchants c1950-1962. The intricate design is transfer printed and is a lovely, attractive blue glaze. Around the body of the teapot are images of various British bridges and the rest is various patterns. There is also gilt detailing around the centre bands, the lid and the finial. Absolutely beautiful. 
Measures 22cm x 15cm - in perfect condition with no chips or cracks.
