Vintage Sterling Silver Pill Box for Individual Pill

This is a very attractive small solid sterling silver pill box with attractive decoration to the lid. No lion passant hallmark as it’s below the size requirement but it tests as silver. Diameter approx 2cm. A lovely engraved design to the lid.
